Dr. Curry is a Technical Advisor to CRIL, and former Technical Director. Prior to joining CRIL, he was a Director of the GIS Division at Autodesk, a Senior Manager at ESRI, and Director of Surveying and Mapping Software Development for Trimble Navigation. His PhD thesis in the Civil Engineering Department, University of California Berkeley, involved the development of an early computer-aided system for 2D and 3D craniofacial mapping. His first post-doctoral position was as PI of a Phase 1 and Phase 2 NIH-SBIR Grant for the development of an early system for the real-time tracking of jaw motion in three dimensions.
